A Talent Manager functions as a client’s Chief Operating Officer, coordinator, the "link-person" between the client and all others, including booking agents, business managers, record labels, publishing companies, 3rd party business entities and other business related individuals. The Manager acts as a hands-on administrator, with substantial experience in advertising, publicity and public relations, promotions, and image-building. 7th Level ensures the client's composite success by harmonizing artistic production with business goals that create symbiotic effects and results.
