Rob Bradsell, Chief Operating Officer for 7th Level Entertainment Group, is at heart a writer-producer. He got his start in public television in the U.S. Midwest, as a writer-producer-director of documentaries and public affairs programs.
Bradsell is a native New Yorker, grew up in New Jersey, and got his degree in communications from Michigan State University. His public television career led to leadership roles in programming and events coverage, garnering producer and director credits for projects ranging from large-arena concerts, to live sports events, to political conventions.
Bradsell’s news and public affairs credits led an obscure Iowa congressman to sign him on as his Washington Press Secretary, and when Congressman Grassley ran for the Senate, he chose Bradsell to manage the campaign. After an upset victory, Bradsell teamed with then political media guru Roger Ailes. As Vice President at Ailes Communications, he helped elect governors, senators and members of Congress, and served as a writer-producer of several broadcast specials, including the Emmy-winning Television and the Presidency, a two-hour syndicated documentary.
As Principal of Bradsell Associates, he went on to write and produce a variety of programs and commercials for clients ranging from candidates, to foundations, to HBO and FOXNews. On joining 7th Level, Bradsell said, “I’m excited to join this great outfit, and to put my experience to work helping them – and their clients – really shine.”
